Matt,

Welcome back, though I'll wager that the 50# was not the only thing left in SL -- some of you will never be back & that's as God intended. Soundtracks, not totally. I have found very few 'albums' satisfying as assembled. I spin old favorites & new favorites like favorite sweater. Currently listening to Buddy Miller's Universal United House of Prayer. Am also compiling originals & covers of particular interest.

I have long advocated the need for my life to hav a running soundtrack. I also want entrance music for big moments in life, like baseball players coming to bat and wrestlers coming to the ring.

Their was an episode of "Family Guy" where Peter had an orchestra backing up his life. It was a magical dream come true, and I wish twas my own.

Do I own soundtracks. Does the pope crap in the woods?
Every new manifestation of my life soundtrack includes a track from each of the following musicians: Marc Cohn, Sara Groves, and Andrew Peterson. These artists always have something fitting to contribute, no matter what chapter or sequel I'm living. Also featured: the swanky tune accompanying Napoleon Dynamite's slow stroll in his new tux. That plays in my head when I walk across campus.
Hey, I'm coming to Indy sometime around July 6-8 and would love to catch up with you. Let me know if you'll be around or whatnot.
blessings-
